A third-generation single woman determined to sex him and leave him is so not prepared for being a part of the MHA team. Robin is a very interesting and intriguing character. I guess there’s no choice when its the “ONE.” Robin, however, is going to take a lot longer to get where Mickey is and the path to that discovery, while fun, is torturous, involving navigating dangerous rapids and enemy missiles over hostile territory. However, his first meeting with Robin Harrow, who’s flying command in Emily Beale’s absence, has him quickly re-prioritizing his life’s goals. Robin Harrow is one of the more interesting characters in the series, and I so enjoyed seeing her find her feet – or should I say her seat – in the MHA while she slowly but surely figures out the secrets of love and success.Įven as his teammates on the MHA team are pairing up, veteran Mickey Hamilton is definitely not ready to settle down for one woman. Kudos to the author that these technical facts are delivered in a way that builds the story rather than distracting the reader from the main event. I’ve learned a lot about fighting fire as well as the different classes of helicopters and drones that are used by the elite fire fighting Mount Hood Aviation team during the reading of this series.
